This Privacy Policy governs how Ricoh Imaging Company, Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) handles personal information in connection with the “GR WORLD” mobile application (the “App”) and all related services (collectively, the “Services”).

It also includes information that can be easily cross-referenced with other information to identify a specific individual, as well as personal identification codes.

1. Information We Collect
We collect the following information regarding your use of GR WORLD using third-party information collection modules.

- ②Information about the camera you are using (e.g., model name, firmware version)

- ④Information related to crash situations (e.g., location of the crash, remaining memory capacity and storage capacity at the time of the crash, etc.)
- ⑤Information related to the execution of functions of this application (e.g., camera registration, Bluetooth connection, Wi-Fi connection, camera firmware update)
2. Purpose of Use of Personal Information
We will acquire and use your personal information within the scope of the purposes of use listed below (hereinafter referred to as the “Purpose of Use”).

- ②When sending information to Google via Firebase Crashlytics provided by Google to track, prioritize, and improve issues causing functionality degradation (For Google's use of collected information, see https://policies.google.com/privacy).
- ③When sending information to Amazon Web Services Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “AWS”) via its Amazon Web Services platform to investigate failures of cloud-based functions (For details on how AWS uses collected information, please refer to the AWS Privacy Notice at https://aws.amazon.com/privacy).
4. Transfer of Collected Data Overseas
Your personal information may be processed, stored, and transferred to countries outside your country of residence, including Japan and the United States, for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy. Additionally, your personal information may be processed and accessed by our staff or our service providers in countries outside your country of residence. We will take appropriate measures to ensure compliance with the requirements of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for transfers of personal information from the European Economic Area (EEA) to countries outside the EEA. 7. Handling of Location Information
When the location information transmission function of this app is enabled, the location information of your device will be acquired and transmitted to the connected camera, and the location information will be recorded in the images captured by the camera. This app will not transmit the acquired location information to any party other than the camera. This app will not store the location information on the device's storage. Furthermore, if the background location information transmission function is enabled, location information will be transmitted to the camera even when the app is closed or not in use.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time by notifying you through GR WORLD and, where required by applicable laws, obtaining your consent.
